Co-founded a real estate CRM agency, serving 100+ clients. Led product management and consulting. Ended with a $325K acquisition in 2024.

After selling Approachables for $250K in 2022 to a respected marketing agency, I co-founded CloudApproach with a mission to transform real estate marketing through automation and AI-powered tools. Partnered with co-founder Abhinav, who led tech and operational efforts, we launched in December 2022 to tackle a persistent industry challenge: repetitive tasks eating into agents’ time and budgets. Based in the United Kingdom and Gurgaon, India, we expanded to serve over 100 clients across the UK, India, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai by March 2024, delivering innovative solutions that streamlined workflows and maximized efficiency.

As Co-Founder and Product Manager, I led product development, strategy, and client relationships, while Abhinav drove tech and operations. Together, we built CloudApproach—an all-in-one real estate marketing solution with AI-powered CRM dashboards pulling data from Google Analytics and HubSpot for real-time insights. Over 15 months, I managed $500,000+ in campaigns, boosting conversion rates by 30%, cutting acquisition costs by 25%, and enabling 250+ property sales, including one standout success was a Riyadh agency that saw a 40% lead surge in six months, thanks to our personalized strategies and automation tools, cutting their annual marketing spend by £25,000. We launched 55 campaigns—spanning strategy, design, and automation—delivering $5M+ in client sales. From social media to offline content, we freed agents from tedious tasks, offering budget-friendly plans starting at £599/month, no bureaucracy, and data-driven results to build long-term relationships.

This journey sharpened my product management and consulting skills—roadmapping real estate marketing solutions, aligning stakeholders, and driving growth strategy with data-backed insights. CloudApproach honed my ability to deliver iterative, impactful results under pressure.

I exited in March 2024 to pursue an MS in AI in Business at Simon Business School, drawn by its cutting-edge curriculum blending artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business strategy to solve real-world challenges. Six months later, in September 2024, CloudApproach was acquired for $550,000 by one of Riyadh’s largest property developers—originally a key client—validating our vision and execution. Meanwhile, Abhinav shifted gears, taking his operational and tech expertise to government defense projects focused on exhibition design and high-profile corporate initiatives with brands like Lakmé and Amazon, showcasing the diverse paths our CloudApproach experience enabled.
