My UK years brought business study and the founder chapter: Approachables, then CloudApproach. Marketing, customer relationships and a real-estate CRM. I learned to connect an idea to an offer, a team and customers. Both businesses were sold.

I came to Simon for a master's in AI in Business and put that learning to work through product projects, student leadership and the Ain Center. Today I'm an AI Product Manager at ESC Partners, connecting customer needs, engineering and delivery. The question I keep asking: how does this help the person using it?

I'm an AI Product Manager at ESC Partners, building service AI for utility teams. I connect customer discovery, product priorities and hands-on delivery, then stay involved through training and feedback. My work brings account context, suggested replies and human judgment into the same workflow. Earlier, I took a voice AI coaching MVP to its first paying customer and completed my master's in AI in Business at Simon. Outside work, I'm exploring UrbanOS, my personal venture in India, around better property decisions.
