The short version
The full story
This academic partnership with Professor Dan Keating connected AI exploration to business workflows in finance and insurance.
The work
I contributed to an AI lead-nurture sequence, a CRM tailored to insurance agencies, website features and branding and marketing for SixPoint.AI and WerkWise.AI.
The work involved moving between customer-facing communication, the information a team needs to manage a lead and the systems supporting that workflow.
How I worked
I worked with Ryan Lin and Professor Dan Keating to refine the deliverables and present them to leadership. The collaboration helped me connect product choices with how the business would explain and use the work.
What I took from it
Automation is easier to evaluate when the workflow is clear. Define the starting information, the action it supports and the point where someone needs to review the result. Then decide where AI adds value.
